Summary      
Michael Brennan was the son of John and Mary Ann Brennan. He was born on 5th March 1886. He was one of eight children, seven surviving. All the children were born in Tempo, County Fermanagh. By 1901 the family were living in Cookstown. Michael Brennan enlisted in Omagh. Private Michael Brennan was serving with the 7th Battalion of the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers when he was killed in action on Saturday 9th September 1916.
