| Vimy Communal Cemetery Farbus is located in the village of Vimy, a village about 10 kilometres north-north-east of Arras on the main road to Lens. Take the N17 from Arras for approximately 11 kilometres to the roundabout with the D51 - Givenchy-en-Gohelle to Farbus road. Turn right to Vimy centre and the cemetery lies about 3 kilometres on the left of the road as you come out of Vimy village. The cemetery was used by fighting units on both sides during the War, and over 60 German graves have been removed to another cemetery. |
