From Cookstown, proceed about 6 miles out the Omagh Road. On the left hand side is the Killeenan Road. Take the first left on this road, the Cloughfin Road and the Churchyard is on the left hand side. Patrick Grimes of the US army is buried here. There are no Commonwealth War Dead buried here.
